How we work
- You reach us by phone, at (720) 704-2791, at any hour, or through the booking page. There is no email address and no form.
- Visits are booked from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., weekends included. The visit costs $89, which comes off the repair.
- We find the fault, name the part and the price, and wait for your decision.
Leaks from other machines
Water does not only come from a Sub-Zero. A dishwasher seeping under the toe kick, a washer leaving a pool behind it or an ice maker of another brand dripping into the cabinet gets the same $89 visit; that work is set out on the appliance repair page.

Harris Park, Bradburn, Westcliff, Legacy Ridge and Walnut Creek, and the rest of the city between them, including the houses whose finished lower floor sits right under the kitchen.
What sits outside our work
Repairs still under Sub-Zero's warranty go to Sub-Zero's own network; we are independent of it. Ceilings, drywall and flooring damaged by a leak are a job for a contractor, though we will tell you what we found. And there are no ratings or testimonials on this site, by choice.
The company carries a license, bonding and insurance; the license number is available to customers who ask.
