What we repair, and the usual range
- Visit and diagnosis $89 Credited to the repair
- Fan motors $290–$700 A section warming, a fan gone quiet or noisy
- Defrost parts $300–$690 Frost on the back wall, ice in the drain
- Ice maker and water $280–$760 No ice, or a leak under pressure
- Gaskets $280–$620 Sweat at the door, a seal that no longer grips
- Controls $400–$990 A wrong display, odd cycling
- Sealed system $1,500–$3,430 Running but not cooling
Ranges are part and labor for that kind of job on a Sub-Zero, not quotes. The price comes once the fault is found, and nothing is replaced before you agree to it.
Three things we ask on the phone
- Which unit it is: a built-in, an integrated column or an undercounter model, and its model number if the plate is easy to reach.
- What changed and when: warmth, frost, a noise, water, a message on the display.
- Whether the kitchen changed: a remodel, a new floor, the unit pulled out and pushed back.
On the day
We measure before replacing anything, tell you the part and the price, and start only when you say so. After the repair we stay long enough to see the temperature start to fall.
Before you book
Do you handle freezers as well?
Yes: freezer columns, the freezer drawers of over-and-under models and undercounter freezers. A freezer that will not hold zero, frosts over or has a silent fan gets the same visit and the same careful diagnosis as the refrigerator side, at the same ranges shown above.
Can you come in the evening?
Within limits, yes: appointments start as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday included. Ring (720) 704-2791, pick the slot that suits you, and tell us if someone else will be home to let the technician in.
